Rates can vary by region due to varying conditions, travel and lodging costs though we do our best to maintain a standard rate from Manitoba all the way west to Alberta and just slightly higher for southern BC.  Feel free to call our toll free to check on the cost for your survey or any questions you may have. We try to be available to our clients for one on one attention whenever possible by phone though occasionally, if we are all out of the office, and/or out of cell range, it may take a day or two to get back to you.  The areas we work in sometimes make connecting tough but your call is very important to us. It is much easier for us to maintain standard rates with bookings made 3-8 weeks ahead (the more notice we get the less likely there will be extra charges particularly for the months of  April thru to September)  This allows us to schedule and group surveys allowing us to control our travel cost. We usually get to everyone between  MB to AB within 2-4 weeks and often, depending on where the rigs are when a call or email comes in, within a few days. Rush surveys, surveys in parts of BC  or isolated sites will have additional mobilization charges and may take longer to schedule.  In 2007 there were only 3 or 4 jobs that had surcharges added due to distance and/or lodging costs.  If you are within an hour or so of  the TransCanada or the Yellow Head we get there every 3- 4 weeks thru the summer once we are done with the spring rush.  

Discounts are offered on early and winter bookings confirmed with a deposit by  the end of March. Please use the form on the web site to pre-book.

Printed Reports  are typically mailed within 15 working days of completing the on site survey. In addition to site description and maps, the  report will include approximate depth of ground water and an approximate yield to expect for each location(sounding site) surveyed allowing you to choose the best site or choose not to drill on the sites tested. Rush Reports (emailed within 7 working days of completing the survey) are subject to a 20% surcharge on the total survey fee.
